Automotive Flat Rate Technician Porsche Conshohocken | Conshohocken, PA Compensation: $120,000–$180,000 annually

Porsche Conshohocken is looking for an experienced Automotive Flat Rate Technician to join our service department. If you take pride in quality workmanship, have strong diagnostic skills, and enjoy working on high-performance vehicles, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do Diagnose and repair vehicles using manufacturer specifications.
Perform maintenance, mechanical repairs, and diagnostic testing.
Identify vehicle concerns and recommend necessary repairs.
Document work performed accurately on repair orders.
Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-approved repair procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep repairs moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For Previous automotive technician experience.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment.
Porsche experience or manufacturer-specific training preferred.
ASE certifications or relevant technical training preferred.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet dealership driving requirements.
Dependability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality repairs.
