X is growing their Purchasing Team! We are looking for an energectic, customer focused, Purchasing Coordinator to join our team. We are a FDA-regulated and cGMP-compliant manufacturing facility specializing in personal care beauty products. Committed to our customers’ visions, we offer a variety of different processes all designed to make it as easy as possible for our clients to hit the market with their product.

• Place purchase orders & approve confirmations
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts, etc.)
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery. Inform the sales & production of any delays
• Assist with sourcing as needed
• Check paperwork of incoming purchase orders for completeness and accuracy
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition & with the proper documentation
• Maintain Supplier Price Lists
• Audit new and existing suppliers
• Other projects and duties as assigned

• Solid math skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs particularly Excel
• 02 years purchasing experience preferred
• Manufacturing experience preferred but, not required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management or Accounting preferred
• Extremely detailed oriented and ability to multitask
