Vendor Management Associate

• Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors
• Negotiate contracts to protect the company’s interests and maximize value
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Identify and mitigate potential vendor risks while resolving any arising issues
• Conduct regular vendor evaluations and prepare performance reports

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience in vendor management or a similar role
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and vendor management processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with cost reduction techniques and procurement
• Familiarity with contract management and KPI tracking
• Background in financial management and process improvement
