  • Determining production and operational requirements using our ERP system
  • Requesting and negotiating quotations with suppliers
  • Monitoring inventory levels and stock transactions
  • Tracking deadlines and costs related to purchase orders
  • Managing prices and contractual terms
  • Managing inventory in accordance with our procurement principles
  • Reviewing and maintaining master data and planning data
  • Continuous improvement of workflows in line with our Lean philosophy
Your expertise
  • Completed commercial or technical basic education, as well as further training as a Certified Purchasing Specialist (federal diploma)
  • At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and in a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems and confident use of MS Office
  • Experience in negotiating with suppliers and preparing contracts
  • Analytical thinking with a strong strategic orientation
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • A team player with a high degree of responsibility, strong communication skills, and a proactive, independent working style
