Are you passionate about building relationships, creating value for customers, and shaping the future of mobility in Switzerland? At FAIRTIQ, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and grow our partnerships in the Swiss public transport market.
In this role, you are the voice of FAIRTIQ for our partners. You will strengthen existing relationships, spot opportunities and actively help our partners get the most out of our solutions.
What you’ll do- Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with public transport partners across Switzerland
- Proactively advise partners and identify opportunities to create additional value with FAIRTIQ solutions
- Prepare offers and support commercial discussions
- Take ownership of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure partner management running smoothly
- Actively contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working
- Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, and other internal teams to turn partner needs into reality
- Meet partners regularly – remotely or on site – and you are happy to travel within Switzerland around 2–4 times per month
- A completed degree or further education in business, marketing, tourism, or a comparable field
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a similar role – ideally in tech, mobility, or public transport
- Very good French and English skills, allowing confident communication in a professional environment. Very good German skills are a strong advantage; additional languages are a plus.
- A passion for talking to customers and building trust-based, long‑term relationships
- A proactive, hands‑on mindset and a sense of ownership
- Clear, confident and professional communication skills
- Curiosity about digital products and innovative technologies
- A structured, reliable and results‑driven approach to work
- Knowledge of the Swiss mobility market or an existing network is a strong advantage
