** What You'll Be Doing
*** Strong focus on the sales side of the business including the sales processes, orders, logistics, billing, etc.
* Involvement in the operational side of the business including exposure to mining, processing, quality control, and shipping.
* A solid understanding of the support departments including the functions that they perform and how they support the business.  These include CCM, finance, and legal.
* Complete various projects as assigned during the training program.  Projects may be operational, sales or business development related.  These projects are a great way for the successful candidate to really add value to the organization and increase their own skills while completing the training program.
* Participate in continuous improvement exercises, including work that is heavily analytical, to seek new and changing ways to improve the profitability of the business.
* Drive and promote a culture of safety and promote a safe work environment
** What Are We Looking For
*** A Bachelors or Advanced degree in sales/marketing, construction management, mining or another applicable program.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to maintain a safe workplace and to perform hands on duties as part of an overall development program
* Computer literacy
* Ability to anticipate and adapt to changing situations
* Willingness to travel and / or relocate for future assignments
