Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Grancia for a Tourism
Senior Operations Associate.

The position provides essential support to the Operations Manager in coordinating activities and ensuring smooth team workflows. The role focuses on organizational tasks, team assistance, and operational follow-up to guarantee high service standards across travel experiences.

You will act as a key point of reference for internal teams and external partners, helping maintain efficiency and consistency in day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating team activities
  • Assist with scheduling, workload distribution, and monitoring progress on operational tasks
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments, field staff, and external suppliers
  • Ensure timely updates and accurate documentation for services related to travel programs
  • Help resolve operational issues and provide guidance to team members when needed
  • Manage and coordinate responses to operational disruptions or emergencies (e.g., itinerary changes, service delays), ensuring clear communication and team alignment
  • Contribute to maintaining brand standards and delivering a seamless guest experience, also during crisis or incidents
  • Collaborate on process improvements, work with Managers from other departments on shared projects and system enhancements, and promote best practices within the team
Requirements
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of travel operations
  • Good geographical knowledge of major European destinations
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
