LMX Space Indirect Project Data Conversion and Testing Lead role reports to the 1

LMX Space ERP Finance lead with direction from the Plan to Perform Value Stream BA Representative and will focus on interfacing with central functions to ensure indirect project data conversion and testing is completed accurately and timely for the 1

LMX Release 4 Go-Live. As part of LM's overall strategic 1

LMX initiative this position will play a significant role in evolving our capabilities and reshaping our operations.

This lead role includes but is not limited to the following:
• Leads the cleansing, mapping, conversion and testing of key indirect master data to include overhead, capital, IRAD and NBF projects for Space through Build/Implementation with 4 test cycles starting in 2027 and go-live planned for Jan 2029
• Process knowledge with an ability to gain an understanding of requirements, pain points, integration points, etc. of BA central processes
• Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration across F&BO and IT to meet conversion timelines and objectives
• Engages with other value stream leads, subject matter experts and 1

LMX program management to report status and escalate risks/issues in a way that promotes quick resolution
• Empowered to make timely decisions related to testing and conversion in alignment with 1

LMX design and with Space critical business processes in mind
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Other duties will be assigned as required to support the organization. The ability to effectively manage multiple assignments is required.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree
• Ability to think strategically and design new processes and ways of working  
• Overhead budget and/or capital projects knowledge or anything else
• Professional written and verbal communications skills
