You sit within the PMO and partner closely with business, product, engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, vendors, and client teams to plan, execute, and transition solutions into production. You bring deep project management expertise, strong executive communication skills, and the ability to guide teams through large, detailed implementations with cross-functional dependencies.

Your work helps ensure high-quality delivery, successful onboarding, and continuous improvement of project management practices and tools.

Manage end-to-end implementation activities across internal teams, including Business Owners, Product Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Data Center Operations, Networking, Security, Production Support, and PMO partners, as well as external vendors and client stakeholders.

Build and maintain detailed project plans in MS Project, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and Gantt charts, and track progress against contractual and operational commitments.

Drive regular status reporting, executive-level communications, issue escalation, and decision-making to keep stakeholders informed and projects moving forward.

Lead project teams by holding partners accountable to commitments, removing roadblocks, managing interdependencies, and coordinating resource utilization across multiple concurrent projects.

Apply PMBOK/PMI principles and an Agile mindset, where appropriate, to support project execution, change management, and delivery of business value.

Interpret complex contracts and support change orders and contract amendments to ensure project activities remain aligned with client agreements and scope.

Provide guidance and support to project managers across the PMO, including sharing best practices, improving templates and process assets, and contributing to onboarding and interviewing of new hires.

What You'll Need Minimum of 10 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale implementation and SaaS projects, including end-to-end ownership of project implementation.

BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
