We are currently seeking a Sales Administration Coordinator for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in West Chester, PA. Details for the position are as follows:
- Pay: $35.26/hr (W2)
- 5 ½ month contract assignment
- Hybrid in West Chester, PA (2-3 days onsite) preferred, remote candidates will be considered
- You will provide sales administration support to 3 Sales consultants overseeing 700+ US customers within the Veterinary/Animal Health business
- Maintain accurate customer and account records and support pricing, quotes, contracts, and sales documentation
- Coordinate order management, shipping, logistics, and issue resolution
- Manage instrument, implant, and loaner requests, returns, and tracking
- Prepare reports, trackers, and status updates while collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and Contracts
- Document processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help establish efficient workflows
- Experience in sales administration, sales operations, customer service, order management, or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP/CRM system preferred
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry preferred
- Experience supporting customer records, pricing and quoting, basic contracts, order processing, shipping, logistics, and issue resolution
