Direct Drive PLUS is a supplier of innovative accessories for Ford and Ram medium‑duty trucks. Our specialty is a patented PTO (Power Take-Off) drive system designed specifically for 4x4 applications. All of our products are designed, tested, assembled, and shipped from our facility in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania.

We are seeking a hands‑on Manager / Business Operations Leader who can oversee daily business functions while actively contributing to production, assembly, and operational workflows. This is a multifaceted role that blends business management, light manufacturing, and team collaboration.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both office‑based responsibilities and shop‑floor involvement, and who thrives in a growing, team‑oriented environment.

• Perform order entry and customer order processing
• Manage shipping and receiving operations
• Answer customer calls (order taking, technical support, inquiries)
• Maintain bookkeeping in Odoo system
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Track product costs and pricing to maintain margins
• Assist in developing marketing materials and product messaging

• Disassemble transfer cases
• Operate manual knee mill (cut openings and machine sealing surfaces)
• Assemble and test transfer cases for proper function
• Support production workflow and quality assurance
• Assist with future in‑house machining as CNC capabilities expand

• Assemble wire harnesses
• Solder wiring to circuit boards
• Program control boards
• Assemble electronics into enclosures and apply protective potting
• Package finished products for shipment

• Mechanically inclined with hands‑on problem‑solving ability
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with bookkeeping or ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
• Comfortable working both in an office and shop environment
• Basic machining or fabrication experience preferred
• Electronics assembly or soldering experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic

• Time‑and‑a‑half pay for hours worked over 40 per week (currently no cap on hours)
• Bi‑weekly payroll
• Performance‑based hourly rate evaluations every 6 months
• $100 weekly bonus for 45+ hours worked (adds ~$2.22/hour)
• Year‑end bonuses based on tenure and company performance
