Vantaca Super User - Condo & Hoa Management

Continuum Companies is looking for a Vantaca Implementation Manager to lead the conversion of newly acquired HOA and condominium management companies onto Vantaca. You’ll own each implementation from first assessment through go-live and post-launch stabilization, and you’ll make sure employees, board clients, and vendor partners get through the transition with no disruption to financial or operational continuity.

This is a hands-on role for someone who has worked inside a community association management company and knows Vantaca inside and out. You might have led a conversion before, or you might be the go-to Vantaca person at your current company: the one who builds the workflows, fixes the setup issues, trains new hires, and gets the call when something breaks.

Either way, if you’re the person your coworkers rely on for Vantaca, we want to talk to you. You’ll work directly with local brand leadership, accounting teams, vendors, and corporate executives as we keep growing across our portfolio.

Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our Conshohocken, PA office, with regular in-person time at headquarters and at acquired companies in the region. Candidates must live within about an hour’s commute of Conshohocken. We are not considering fully remote candidates for this position.
