Summer Business Internship - Greenwood, IN; Edgmont, PA; Pearland, TX

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work full-time for 12 weeks on a meaningful business project with measurable impact.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and receive guidance, coaching, and feedback from mentors.
• Develop professional, analytical, and leadership skills through structured development opportunities.
• Build relationships with peers, leaders, and subject matter experts across the organization.
• Present your work and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of your internship.
• Gain exposure to Endress+Hauser’s products, customers, and operations in industrial process automation and measurement technology.
• Internship projects are assigned based on business needs, project availability, and student interests.

Possible project areas include:

• Customer Excellence/Sales Enablement
• Service
• Credit/Accounts Receivable
• Legal
• Supply Chain
• Marketing Communications
• Human Resources

The company is looking for:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions (preferred).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills (preferred).
• Enthusiasm for acquiring new knowledge and embracing challenges (preferred).
• Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of projects (preferred).
