Western PA Montessori School is hiring two Aftercare Assistant Teachers for our after-school childcare program. This part-time position supports children in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment until family pick-up.

Ideal for candidates seeking after-school childcare jobs, part-time childcare work, or afternoon jobs working with children.

• Assist with transitions, headcounts, and dismissals
• Maintain a safe and positive environment
• Organize activities for students during aftercare hours
• Work as part of a supportive school team

• Guaranteed minimum of 15 hours/week
• Opportunity to work up to 32.5 hours/week for those seeking more hours
• Consistent weekday afternoons

• Experience with children preferred (childcare, daycare, camps, babysitting, education)
