This is a relaxed, easygoing family with a new baby at home, looking for a nanny who is confident and experienced with infants from day one. Mom herself was a nanny during college, so she understands the profession firsthand and is hoping to find someone who feels like a true partner in caring for her children, not just extra help around the house.

Along with the baby, there's also a 7-year-old who is in school full-time and will only occasionally be in the nanny's care, so someone who can comfortably shift between infant care and the occasional needs of an older child would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Full child care
- Child laundry

Compensation:

- Pay: $25-27 gross (agency employed)- PTO: 1 hour accrual for every 30 hrs worked
- Paid Holidays (if on a working day):6 major federal

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year of full-time nanny experience
- Newborn experience- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Vaccinations required: TDAP, Flu
