Lampeter-Strasburg School District is seeking a dedicated, energetic and professional Assistant Group Supervisor to join our School‑Age Child Care (SACC) program. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available with flexible scheduling during the operating hours of 6:00 am–6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and implementation of daily activities for elementary‑aged children.
- Maintain a friendly and courteous professional relationship with students, parents, and district staff.
- Ensure a safe, nurturing environment that complies with all Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations.
- Collaborate with the Director, Group Supervisor and SACC team to support the social and educational development of students.
- High school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication skills, a "team player" mentality, and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
