Solid Foundations Academy is a cutting‑edge, comprehensive early childhood education center offering an academic preschool, childcare, kindergarten, summer camps, specialty programs, and more. We are committed to building strong educational and developmental foundations for every child in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Childcare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to supporting the growth and development of young children.

• Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a classroom setting
• Plan and implement age‑appropriate educational activities
• Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with families regarding children’s progress
• Follow all Pennsylvania childcare regulations and center policies

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of two (2) years of childcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of early childhood development is a plus
