We support early learning programs that strengthen children, families, and communities. We are hiring a Paraprofessional who brings a desire to learn and grow to help our teams do their best work.

This is a hands-on collaborative role where you will provide assistance, partnering with the Head Teacher and Assistant Teacher to support consistency, compliance, and care.

Hourly pay range: $15.03

Work setup:
On-site

You will contribute to the core functions that help our organization remain consistent, compliant, and employee-centered.

• Provide excellent organizational skills
• Reinforce daily lesson plans.
• Proficient with technology as required for record keeping and documentation etc.
• Assist with preparation and clean-up of meals.
• Enthusiastic personality that will engage preschool children

• Apply established policies and procedures to (routine and/or moderately complex tasks relevant to role)
• Provide guidance and support to staff and families
• Escalate complex, high‑risk, or compliance‑related matters to Head Teacher or Program Manager

• A high school diploma or GED certificate
• One year's experience related to childcare development of children
• Must have current Pennsylvania Driver's license and good driving record.

• Must be able to climb, stoop, crawl, kneel, and bend in order to speak to children at the child's eye level, play with the children, and pick‑up toys and equipment from the floor.

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Ability to travel and access organizational facilities
