This active, outdoorsy family is searching for a nanny, primarily to care for their1-year-old. They love spending time outside, and their great backyard gets plenty of use. Their home is busy and warm, with two older children in school until 3:00 and 4:20 who love crafts, board games, and cooking alongside their parents, avid runners and cyclists. The nanny would also provide extra support for the older two on school closures or sick days.

Reliability, consistency, and calm matter most to them, along with a great communicator who will feel like part of the team.
