Camp Lindenmere, located in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains, seeks a senior staff Division Leader to oversee 30–50 campers and 8–12 counselors in the summer. You will ensure health, safety, well‑being, and happiness for each camper, coordinating with counselors, parents and Camp Directors.
You will train and mentor counselors, manage division staff, and serve as a positive role model while partnering with the team to maintain a supportive camp community and dynamic activities for all ages.
