WHO/WHAT: Mom doesn't need someone to take over—she needs someone who can tag in, take the lead, and make family life a little easier (and a lot more fun!). With three kids, three different schedules, and a household energy level the family cheerfully rates a “10+,” she's looking for a nanny who sees family life as a team sport. Mom recently stepped away from her career and plans to remain the kids' primary caregiver, but she's also looking forward to having the flexibility to run errands, spend one-on-one time with each of her kids, and tackle her own to-do list knowing her littles and home are in great hands.
You might start the morning by cheers-ing your coffee with Mom before heading off to play with the youngest, take on the day's adventures, or help get everyone out the door. And if the 15-month-old is happily napping, you might use that time to fold tiny laundry, prep fruit for the week, or reset the playroom. Mom's even the type who says, “If I'm making lunch, I'm making lunch for you too!”
They're looking for someone who feels like an extension of their family while bringing their own initiative, confidence, and childcare expertise to the table.
Their easygoing, sweet 15-month-old will be your primary sidekick throughout the day while the older two attend school on varying schedules. Big brother is in school until 3 pm daily, and big sister attends until 2:15 pm at least three days a week, with one additional half day. You'll take the lead on the youngest child's routine, including naps, meals, playtime, and outdoor adventures, while helping with school drop-offs and pickups, all within about 10 minutes of home.
You'll also enjoy one-on-one time with the older kids as their schedules allow. The 15-month-old naps consistently from 12–2 pm daily, giving you a predictable window to catch up on household tasks or prepare for the afternoon.
When the kids are happily occupied or at school, you'll help keep the household running smoothly with children's laundry, changing sheets, tidying bedrooms and the playroom, vacuuming kid spaces, bringing in groceries, chopping fruits and veggies, and light dinner prep. It's about noticing the little things that make family life easier, not tackling an endless chore list! There's also a senior, hypoallergenic pup who needs to be let outside once or twice during the day and would happily join you and the youngest for an occasional walk.
Mom is in and out throughout the day, and Dad works from home when he's not traveling, so you'll need to feel comfortable taking ownership of the day and making decisions independently, while also coordinating with Mom as needed. The family keeps a consistent routine but will happily abandon it for something fun—pool days, parks, bike rides, ice cream, and time with their large circle of family friends are all favorites.
Outings and playdates are encouraged, and you can use your own vehicle or…
