Your Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish
Develop, track, and update project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor invoicing using construction software
Coordinate effectively with clients, internal sales teams, and subcontractors
Interpret and review construction drawings, specs, and proposals
Oversee the purchasing of equipment, materials, and subcontractor services
Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control
Lead project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders
, and project logs
Maintain strict compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and legal regulations
Work directly with clients on routine upgrades, scope changes, and progress updates
Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma required;
some college or construction-related coursework preferred
Prior experience as a Project Manager, Estimator, Foreman, or Construction Supervisor
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, materials, and timelines
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Confidence and professionalism when dealing with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Salary Range
: $60,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
