Senior Estimator – Construction Estimating
Base pay range: $115,000 – $185,000 per year. Bonus potential and full benefits package available.
We are a top contractor in the Greater Philadelphia Area with a wide range of project experience, including ground‑up and interior projects. We are looking for a strong Senior Estimator to join our team and continue to grow with us.
Responsibilities- Prepare accurate cost estimates for all division projects including estimating all divisions.
- Work independently as well as in a team environment to deliver high quality cost proposals.
- Maintain local construction experience and familiarity with estimating software.
- 10+ years of general contractor experience with estimating all divisions.
- Well versed with estimating all divisions.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Local experience preferred and Union Contractor experience preferred.
- Generous Base Salary.
