New opportunity with a global leader in Pharmaceuticals that’s building out their Construction Management team and looking to hire a Construction Safety Manager / Construction Manager to oversee major capital projects across Pennsylvania.

This is a full-time, site-based role where you’ll report directly to the Chief Construction Manager, acting as the technical authority on construction execution while supporting risk management, safety compliance, and documentation across a diverse portfolio of pharma projects ranging from $6M to $600M in value.

• Act as the Owner’s Representative on-site
  , overseeing construction activities across mechanical, civil, and electrical scopes
• Develop and review construction safety plans and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
• Conduct contractor pre‑qualification and review Project Implementation Plans (PIPs)
• Prepare and assess technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Support risk management processes from pre‑construction through commissioning
• Interface with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure project alignment
• Manage construction of pharmaceutical facilities including new builds and cleanroom labs
• Provide input during pre‑construction and implementation phases

• 8–10 years of construction experience
  , ideally within pharma, nuclear, oil & gas, or industrial sectors
• Degree‑level qualification in engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Strong background in risk management and safety compliance
• Proven ability to write and implement construction safety plans
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
  , including technical report writing

• Travel: Pennsylvania – overseeing 2 sites located approximately 45 minutes apart
• Contract: 12‑month initial contract with potential for extension
