Modern Edge Construction LLC is seeking a dependable and experienced Construction Laborer to join our hands-on field team. This position offers steady work and opportunities for advancement in a high-quality, safety-first environment. Ideal candidates will have experience in concrete, masonry, and hardscaping, and be eager to contribute to successful project outcomes across residential and commercial job sites.

Assist with concrete, masonry, and hardscaping work on active job sites.

Perform site preparation, demolition, pours, and job-site clean-up.

Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment safely.

Operate small machinery, trucks, and trailers as needed.

Follow directions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the field crew.

Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety protocols.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Prior hands-on experience in concrete, masonry, and hardscaping is required.

Ability to safely operate trucks, trailers, and construction equipment.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team.

Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

English fluency required; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
