• Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and crew to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and safety logs.
• Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of project timelines and resource allocation.
• Implement best practices in construction methods and materials to enhance project outcomes.

• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, specifically jobsite layout, concrete foundation forming with panel systems and rebar work.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., OSHA, First Aid).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; CDL preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project demands.
