• Quantity take-offs:
  Calculate quantities of work completed from project drawings, specifications, and site measurements.
• Bill preparation:
  Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress bills (RA bills) for both clients and subcontractors.
• Bill verification:
  Review and certify all bills, including those from subcontractors for various work items like civil, mechanical, electrical, and finishing.
• Rate analysis:
  Perform rate analysis for any extra or non‑tendered items, including preparing supporting documentation.
• Contract and compliance:
  Understand and apply contractual terms, ensuring all billing complies with contract clauses and specifications.
• Record keeping:
  Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all billing transactions, financial documents, and site progress.
• Cost control:
  Monitor project costs against the budget and track expenses, ensuring alignment with project estimates.
• Client liaison:
  Collaborate with clients to resolve billing discrepancies, gather necessary information, and obtain bill certification or approval.
• Reporting:
  Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports for management, often involving data entry into company software.

Oil & Gas field construction experience.
