Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Analysis: analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to assess the costs associated with millwork projects.
• Cost Monitoring: monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle, track expenses, and identify potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.
• Reporting and Communication: communicate project costs and budgets to project managers and clients.
• Risk Assessment: assess the potential financial, technical, and operational risks associated with a project and incorporate them into cost estimates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in construction or a related field.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
• Competent calculation performance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for accurate cost analysis and budgeting.
• Ability to present estimates and communicate with clients and associates.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and track costs effectively.
