We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Scheduler with 4‑6 years of expertise in ground‑up construction, lab build‑out, and tenant improvement projects. This full‑time onsite role is based in West Point, PA and requires working from the client’s offices at least three days per week.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Record detailed meeting minutes for all schedule reviews.
• Use scheduling software such as P6 Primavera, Microsoft Project, or Oracle Primavera Cloud to create accurate timelines, identify critical paths, and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor and update schedules in real‑time to reflect changes, delays, and adjustments.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to project teams, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
• Work closely with construction teams to ensure schedules align with budgetary and quality objectives.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions to mitigate potential delays.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to construction scheduling.

• Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (now or in future).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; experience may substitute for a degree.
• Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in ground‑up construction, lab build‑out, and tenant improvement projects; experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated environments highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters such as procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software (e.g., P6 Primavera, Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera Cloud).
• Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
