Associate Director of Reconstruction
We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong background in property restoration to serve as our Associate Director of Reconstruction. This is a leadership role first. We are not simply looking for an experienced Project Manager who is ready for the next title. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to lead people, develop teams, create accountability, and drive performance.
The right candidate must understand the restoration industry and insurance reconstruction, but their ability to lead will be what separates them. You will help lead our Reconstruction Project Managers and oversee project performance from handoff through completion, ensuring projects are properly planned, staffed, documented, executed, and financially managed. You will work closely with the Director of Reconstruction, Project Managers, Coordinators, Estimators, subcontractors, customers, and insurance partners to build a high performing Reconstruction operation.
Compensation: $95,000.00 - $ per year
