Hoover Building Specialists is a family-owned, faith-based commercial design/build firm serving Southeast Pennsylvania. We're committed to excellence in every detail, building long-term relationships through integrity, clear communication, and Christ-centered values.

• Order & coordinate building materials to support commercial construction schedules and project timelines.
• Assist customers with selecting interior finishes and project design details throughout the construction process.
• Communicate with architects, engineers, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects accurate, organized, and moving forward.
• Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage project documentation, coding, and change orders.
• Review & update project drawings and documentation to reflect approved changes and project progress.
• Lead regular job site meetings and travel to local commercial construction jobsites approximately once per week, within an hour of the office.
• Troubleshoot construction challenges and maintain project momentum from planning through completion.

• Experienced: Bring at least 5 years of construction experience with strong knowledge of building details, material coordination, and construction sequencing; 2+ years of project management experience within construction is preferred.
• Detail-oriented & Organized: Manage schedules, costs, documentation, and change orders with accuracy and consistency.
• Customer-focused Communicator: Build positive relationships by responding promptly to customers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Integrity-driven Professional: Contribute to a faith-based company culture that values honesty, quality workmanship, and long-term relationships.

  Utilize MS Office confidently. Bluebeam knowledge is preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Comfortably walk active job sites and climb ladders as needed throughout commercial construction projects.

• $35-40/hour, DOE (total anticipated earnings with overtime: $90-120K/year)
