About The Role
This position is ideal for a designer who excels in production execution rather than pure concepting. You will help refine layouts, prepare final files, and maintain organized project workflows – all while supporting deadlines and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Design & Production
- Produce graphics, layout updates, and template-based design materials under direction of senior team members.
- Ensure brand, typography, and color consistency across all deliverables.
- Review and prepare final files to ensure accuracy, quality, and production readiness.
- Stay up to date on production methods, file‑prep standards, and design best practices.
- Project Coordination
- Manage deadlines, schedules, and project budgets to support efficient workflow.
- Organize project files, folders, and documentation for easy access and team alignment.
- Coordinate with outside vendors, including reviewing proofs and approving invoices.
- Complete daily timesheets for accurate project tracking.
- Maintain an internal portfolio/library of completed work for team use.
- 1–3+ years of experience in production design or a similar role.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
- Familiarity with print production, file setup, and color management.
