A 3D generalist is a multi-talented professional capable of managing various facets of the 3D production process , including modeling , texturing , lighting , rigging , animation , rendering , and compositing . They embody versatility , adaptability , and creativity , making them well-suited for diverse projects and genres .

  • Profile Preselection:
    Our Talent Acquisition team will review your profile to ensure it aligns with our requirements and values

    Selected candidates will undergo an initial interview to discuss about their experience, skills, and fit for the role.

The Quest:

  • Concept Interpretation :
    Translate 2D concepts and references into high-quality 3D models or sculpts with accurate fidelity to the original design while adding all the necessary details to achieve leveling, style and craftsmanship with minimal direction.
  • High Poly Modeling and Sculpting :
    Use industry-standard 3D modeling and sculpting software to create detailed and storytelling models with accurate proportions, craftsmanship, functionality and accurate materials representation, while matching the artistic style required for any project.
  • Low Poly and Mid Poly Creation :
    Create the game-ready 3D model version of any sculpt or high poly, with a clean, optimized and smartly prioritized topology with efficient UVs and achieving the technical requirements of any project.
  • Textures Creation :
    Use industry-standard software like Photoshop and Substance Painter to create all the high quality and highly detailed texture maps required to achieve an accurate materials representation, while matching the artistic style required for any project.
  • Rigging and Animation Support :
    Collaborate with animators and riggers to prepare 3D models for animation by providing clean topology and rig-friendly meshes. Assist in the creation of rigging systems for characters and objects, and ensure proper integration of animations into the game engine.
  • Optimization and Performance:
    Optimize 3D assets for performance and memory usage without sacrificing visual quality implementing LODs and other optimization techniques.
  • Asset integration :
    Export assets and integrate them in a videogame engine.
  • Efficient time management :
    Work efficiently to achieve the estimated times for each phase and punctually meet the delivery date.
  • Teamwork :
    Collaborate and work closely with other artists to be a problem solver and foresee and communicate on time any quality, technical or delivery issue that may affect the project.
