Your work will directly contribute to a model designed to generate long-form speculative fiction by leveraging insights from non-fiction dialogue.

• Apply detailed qualitative labeling to podcast transcripts using a provided schema
• Identify and annotate narrative arcs, speaker roles (e.g., Challenger, Explorer), and structural moves such as reframing and synthesis
• Collaborate with the research lead to ensure consistency and accuracy in annotation
• Provide feedback on the labeling schema to improve clarity and effectiveness
• Meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of data quality

• Background in writing, linguistics, media studies, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and apply complex annotation guidelines
• Experience with qualitative research or transcript analysis is a plus
• Excellent written communication skills
