AGENTFORCE SERVICE SENIOR COPYWRITER
We re looking for a talented, motivated Senior Copywriter to join our team for a high-impact contract. This is a hit-the-ground-running role. You ll help concept and develop creative work for Agentforce Service, one of our biggest products, as we lead the industry in the AI revolution. You ll team up with designers and writers under the guidance of our Creative Director to ensure our story stays bold and our momentum stays fast.

You ll create work that excites, delights, and resonates, ensuring that even in a fast-moving contract role, everything you produce is thoughtful, smart, and human.
- Concept everything from big campaign ideas to spot-on demand gen work. Create banner ads, write scripts, and produce films. Develop innovative yet-to-be-imagined creative and email campaigns for Social, Web, Events, and other channels.
- Break down product benefits and sticky pain points into human stories that are heartfelt, on-brand, and engaging.
- Be an attentive self-starter who uncovers opportunities — including AI-powered shortcuts — to create outstanding work.
- Adapt to multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment; present and sell work to partners with a clear point of view and creative strategy.
- Collaborate with the team and partners, maintaining strong relationships and contributing to the overall creative process.
- Provide timely and helpful feedback to propel the creative process forward.
- Experience:
At least 5 years in an ad agency or corporate creative team. - A portfolio that showcases integrated campaigns, human-centric tech storytelling, and a sophisticated command of brand voice.
- Experience with AI tools to enhance creative output from brainstorming and research to drafting and refining copy.

Ability to work independently and with a creative team to deliver high-quality work on every project. - Operational Efficiency:
