This part‑time position includes weekend and evening hours.

• Welcome, empower, and connect with clients to meet daily membership goals.
• Build long‑term relationships, providing excellent customer care to members and guests.
• Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries.
• Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and policies.

• Computer literacy;
  Zenoti knowledge a plus.
• High school diploma required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Organized with attention to detail.
• Strong team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Authenticity and genuine enthusiasm for the role.
• Ability to translate customer engagement into membership sales.
