Customer Service Support Officer with Italian and French (m/w/d) Job Description

As a Customer Service Support Officer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing and processing service incident reports, coordinating service technicians, and providing outstanding customer support. You play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining efficient operations for our customers in the French‑speaking part of Switzerland (Romandie).

You will be part of the Customer Care Center team Alps (CH & AT) and report to the Customer Care Center Manager Alps.

Responsibilities
  • Receiving, forwarding, and administratively processing incident reports and coordinating the appropriate service engineers.
  • Actively supporting our team by providing telephone and digital assistance to our demanding customers in French (main responsibility) and Italian (secondary responsibility).
  • Collaborating with our service managers and the contracts department.
  • Invoicing and booking of service orders.
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in French (main language) and Italian.
  • Good understanding of German or English is required for internal communication.
  • A solid commercial background and hands‑on experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and ideally in Salesforce/Servicemax or SAP.
  • An independent, structured, and customer‑oriented approach combined with excellent communication skills.
  • High level of flexibility, commitment, and a hands‑on mentality.
  • A conscientious, responsible, and above all team‑oriented working style.
