Universal Banker PT (20hrs) - Willow Street

Truist is seeking a Universal Banker PT (20hrs) at the Willow Street branch. The role involves providing efficient client transactions, maintaining accurate records, delivering superior service, and cross‑training in sales and support activities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with a smile, facilitating courteous conversation, and handling both complex and standardized transactions.
  • Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions including ATMs, online and mobile banking.
  • Support team sales process through client outreach and outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs.
  • Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles.
  • Participate in all components of Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
  • Advance product knowledge through training and learning.
  • Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
  • Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
  • Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
  • Ability to multi‑task under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel for temporary staffing and occasional travel and overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of client relationship building or sales experience.
  • Knowledge of advanced branch transactions, risk management, and loss prevention.
  • Experience with sourcing and prospecting new clients.
  • General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
