Responsibilities- Meets and greets slot players to establish direct customer relationships and educate the guests on the benefits of the GT Rewards Program.
- Enroll new members and educate them regarding the benefits of the GT Rewards.
- Acquire new members and assure repeat business.
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries.
- Takes reservations.
- Promote and work events as needed.
- Contact Hosts when needed.
- Work casino floor on a rotating basis to introduce guests to the slot club.
- Take promotional pictures of Jackpot Winners and complete photo release forms.
- Comply with all health and safety standards.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other job‑related duties as assigned.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must have basic computer skills.
- Ability to understand and comply with all departmental and Company rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior customer service experience.
