Full-time position located in Fishers, IN.

I opened my agency in 2020 and have since built a strong, high‑performing team of 17 talented professionals. My State Farm journey began in 2008 as a team member, and over the years I’ve gained valuable experience in leadership and developed a deep understanding of how the company operates. I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge with others, which is why I offer the aspirant program to team members who are interested in advancing their careers and potentially becoming agents themselves.

Our team actively participates in local events, sponsors sports programs, and supports a variety of nonprofit organizations throughout the city.

As an Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You proactively market relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers.

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

$45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
