Ein führendes Verkehrsunternehmen in der Schweiz sucht einen Kundenbegleiter:in, der direkt mit Kundinnen und Kunden in Kontakt tritt. Die Vollzeitausbildung dauert acht Monate und beinhaltet sowohl theoretisches als auch praktisches Training. Nach der Ausbildung bieten sich zahlreiche Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Wichtig sind exzellente Kundenorientierung und die Bereitschaft, im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten. Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Grundkenntnisse in Französisch oder Englisch sind erforderlich.
