Murray Motors Ford/Mazda in Muncy, PA is looking to hire a full-time BDC/Customer Service Representative immediately! Come find out how fulfilling it can be to work in a family atmosphere! Qualifications- Strong phone presence and clear, professional written communication
- Reliability and consistency
- Team player attitude
- Strong computer skills
- Prompt and courteous
- Hardworking personality
- Setting appointments
- Following up with customers
- Answering phone calls
- Contacting customers prior to appointment date for appointment confirmation
- Provide customers with excellent customer service
- Detail all customer comments and update new information when needed
- Assisting with various other tasks at the dealership
