What You'll DoAs a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of Guardian - helping customers get the most out of their security systems and smart home technology.

• Handle inbound calls related to alarm monitoring, home automation, billing, and account inquiries.
• Deliver caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable experiences that retain delighted customers.
• Perform basic product support.
• Promote and upsell products and services to existing customers.
• Build excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to help customers achieve the most benefit from our products and services.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to demonstrate patience and genuine compassion.
• A knack for solving problems and making people feel heard.
• Comfort with technology and multitasking across systems.
• Effective communication skills - clear, kind, and confident.
• A high school diploma.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Call center experience is a plus but not required - If you've got great customer service skills and experience, we want to hear your story!
