Job Summary:

Roto-Rooter, a leader in plumbing and drain services, is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate service calls and ensure efficient scheduling of technicians. • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on priority, location, and availability.
• Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Utilize dispatch software and GPS tracking to assign and track service calls.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and technician assignments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring prompt responses to service needs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, customer service, or a related field (preferred).
