Position: Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead)

Compensation: $18–$19 per hour. Potential incentives include a Report Card Bonus of up to $300 per month and a quarterly bonus.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards.
  • Work collaboratively with dental team members to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment and collection, ensuring high quality of care.
  • Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non‑clinical team.
  • Review data day‑to‑day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
  • Oversee scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
  • Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, with a premium on leveraging data.
  • Organized and detail‑oriented.
