Join our team as a Public Health Dental Hygiene Practitioner in Philadelphia, PA. This part‑time position supports our Oral Health Impact Program (OHIP) and offers an immediate hire opportunity for health‑care innovators and problem‑solvers.
We provide comprehensive dental hygiene services across various sectors—including schools, military, government agencies, correctional facilities, and corporations—to remove barriers and improve health outcomes.
Responsibilities- Communicate via telephone with families regarding oral health education and appropriate nutritional counseling.
- Recommend oral‑health home‑care instructions and the use or purchase of equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Educate clients and caregivers about oral health.
- Current dental hygiene license with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Current PHDHP licensure with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Minimum 1 year experience.
- Basic understanding of HIPAA privacy rules.
The position requires background check and drug screening. E‑Verify is used in the hiring process.
