Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for making a positive and lasting first impression. The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while they are in the office. The responsibilities include the following:
- Welcoming patients to the dental office
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them or keeping messages
- Checking, sorting, and forwarding emails
- Keeping updated records and files
- Keeping the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper, etc.)
- Traveling between our Langhorne and Hatboro locations as needed
As an essential member of the office, you will also help facilitate and coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
Your BackgroundYou are a resourceful Patient Care Coordinator who strives to ensure patients receive the experience they deserve. You’re a team player who is adaptable to new and challenging tasks, an enthusiastic, passionate and collaborative problem‑solver who proactively seeks excellence. You also have the following:
- 1 year of proven experience as a front desk representative, agent, or relevant position
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, etc.)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi‑tasking abilities
- Problem‑solving skills
- A high school diploma
- Desire to help your patients
