The practice of Robert G. McCracken, DMD, is a well-established dental office dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive oral healthcare. Pay: $45 - $47 per hour

• License & Certification:
  Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support, Licensed dental hygienist
• Licensure:
  Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license for the state of Pennsylvania.
• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited school of dental hygiene.
• Certifications:
  
  Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge:
  Strong working knowledge of dental terminology, equipment, and clinical practices.

  Excellent communication skills and a proven dedication to providing comprehensive care.
• Safety:
  Ability to strictly follow safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patients.

• Clinical Procedures:
  Perform professional dental prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and the application of fluorides and sealants.
• Comprehensive Assessments:
  Conduct thorough evaluations of teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, documenting any abnormalities or suspected conditions.

  Education:
  
  Customize and deliver oral hygiene instruction to empower patients to improve their home care routines.
• Surgical & Emergency Support:
  Aid the dentist with clinical procedures and manage dental emergencies as needed.
• Sterilization & Safety:
  Manage the setup and sterilization of instruments while complying with all safety rules and regulations to maintain a pristine environment.
• Confidentiality:
  Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all professional dental standards and ethics.
