- Knowledge of Open Dental software

- Is organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable answering phone and scheduling appointments.
- Has Dental Office / Front Desk experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective communication with patients and coworkers
- Comfortable working with a variety of dental PPO insurance
- Knowledge of Open Dental software, and other technology
