Growing Grins Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a motivated and energetic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our specialized pediatric team. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with children—from infancy through adolescence—to provide high-quality preventative care. You will work in a large, bright, state-of-the-art facility where we focus on making dental visits a fun, safe, and positive experience for every young patient.

Growing Grins is a team-centered pediatric practice dedicated to clinical excellence and compassionate care. Our facility is fully digital and equipped with the latest technology to support our staff and serve our community. We pride ourselves on a collaborative culture where hard work and attention to detail are valued. We are currently expanding our hygiene services and are looking for a team member who wants to grow with us in a vibrant, supportive environment.

• $32 - $44 per hour

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• License & Certification:
  Licensed dental hygienist
• Licensure:
  Valid state dental hygiene license.
• Compliance:
  In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, including OSHA, CDC, and HIPAA.

  Confidence in computer literacy, digital charting, and the use of digital radiographs.
• Professionalism:
  Well-organized, reliable, and possessing outstanding communication skills.
• Clearances:
  Ability to pass a mandatory background check.
• Health Policy:
  Proof of flu and COVID-19 vaccination provided within 90 days of the start date.

• Experience working specifically within a pediatric dental specialty.
• Advanced knowledge of pediatric patient management techniques.
• Familiarity with large, high-volume, state-of-the-art dental facilities.

• Pediatric Preventative Care:
  Perform specialized scaling, coronal polishing, fluoride applications, and dental sealant placements for children and teens.

  Provide age-appropriate oral hygiene and dietary instructions to patients and their guardians.
• Radiography:
  Capture high-quality digital radiographs with a gentle approach for pediatric comfort.
• Clinical Documentation:
  Maintain accurate and detailed electronic patient charts and records.
• Safety & Sterilization:
  Sterilize instruments according to strict OSHA and CDC regulations and maintain a clean, well-stocked operatory.
• Patient Interaction:
  Communicate effectively with both children and adults to ensure a welcoming and stress-free environment.
